Welcome to VA Next Academy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, virtual training programs, digital products, and related services.
By registering for a program, purchasing a digital product, submitting information through our forms, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

VA Next Academy provides digital products and virtual training, including online learning programs delivered through scheduled virtual sessions.
When registering for our programs or purchasing our products, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and other contact information you provide are accurate and accessible.
If information provided during registration changes, you should update it or notify us as appropriate.
Registration for a training program or purchase of a digital product is subject to the applicable payment requirements displayed during registration or checkout.
Where payment verification is required, access to a program or related materials may not be provided until the payment has been verified.
You agree not to submit fraudulent, unauthorized, altered, or misleading payment information or payment documentation.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by VA Next Academy in writing, payments for our training programs and related services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A registration may not be transferred to another person without our prior written approval.
Please review the applicable offer, payment information, and registration terms carefully before completing your purchase.
VA Next Academy reserves the right to immediately terminate a student’s enrollment and revoke their access to VA Next Academy training materials, recordings, communities, resources, and other Academy content if the student is found to be an active affiliate, representative, staff member, trainer, or part of the internal team of another competing Virtual Assistant, freelancing, or online training academy.
This provision is intended to protect the integrity and confidentiality of VA Next Academy’s training materials, internal resources, community, and operations, while preventing conflicting loyalties, unauthorized use of Academy resources, or potential misunderstandings regarding a student’s affiliation.
Students are required to disclose any current affiliation with another competing academy or training organization before enrolling in VA Next Academy. Failure to disclose such affiliation may result in immediate termination of enrollment and removal from the Academy.
This provision does not apply to individuals who have previously attended, purchased courses from, or participated in training offered by another academy, provided that they are not currently serving as an affiliate, representative, staff member, trainer, or member of that academy’s internal team.
Upon termination under this provision, VA Next Academy may immediately revoke the student’s access to its training materials, recordings, private communities, resources, and other Academy-provided content, subject to applicable law and the terms of the student’s enrollment.
A violation of the Conflict of Interest & Academy Affiliation provision may constitute grounds for immediate termination of enrollment and revocation of access to VA Next Academy resources and communities.
Some VA Next Academy programs are delivered through scheduled virtual sessions.
You are responsible for having the necessary device, internet connection, software, and access to the email address you provided during registration.
Training schedules, session details, and access information may be communicated through the email address you provide.
VA Next Academy may make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, session arrangements, or delivery methods when necessary.
Digital products and training materials are provided for the purchaser's or registered participant's personal use unless otherwise stated.
You may not share, redistribute, resell, reproduce, publish, upload, or commercially exploit our digital products, training materials, recordings, documents, links, or other protected content without our written permission.
Access credentials and private course links should not be shared with other individuals.
Unless otherwise stated, the content provided by VA Next Academy—including course materials, documents, graphics, videos, recordings, written materials, branding, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to VA Next Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a program or digital product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You receive only the limited right to use the materials for the purpose for which they were provided.
Certain programs may provide access to third-party platforms or communities, such as Facebook communities, Google Classroom, video-conferencing services, email services, or other platforms.
Your use of those platforms may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.
VA Next Academy is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or policies imposed by third-party platforms.
You agree not to use our services or materials to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Share or distribute paid course materials without permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
Interfere with the operation or security of our services.
Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with VA Next Academy.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
VA Next Academy provides educational and training services.
We do not guarantee employment, income, business results, client acquisition, certification, or any particular outcome from participating in our programs or using our products.
Your results depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, effort, experience, and implementation of the information provided.
